• Customer, invoice, item, and terms data needed to create draft invoices
• Basic application logs needed for security, debugging, and audit history

How We Use Information

• To create and manage draft invoices requested by authorized users
• To maintain QuickBooks API connections and refresh access securely
• To diagnose failures and improve billing workflow reliability

Data Sharing

We do not sell customer accounting data. Information is used only to operate the billing workflow and may be processed by infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf.
